the location provides a unique island experience with a frequent water shuttle to the mainland. my room featured a balcony with a beautiful view. the swimming pool area offered a lovely space for relaxation.
charging extra for bike rentals seemed a bit much .

fantastic island getaway
island location comfortable rooms huge pool
i really enjoyed the location on its own island a water shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the mainland the swimming pool area was also lovely the rooms were spacious and comfortable with halong bay views from all sides i found plenty of seating available by the huge pool
the hotel charged a high price for bikes per hour and the dinner buffet was expensive per person i wish there was more affordable dining available on site.

the staff were generally friendly and knowledgeable they quickly changed our room when we expressed dissatisfaction with the initial view they arranged transport to a nearby hospital when our daughter needed urgent medical care.

i found the rooms really spaceous. the rooms all oversee a bay. the pool has enough seating.
check-in felt chaos. it sound awful with the noise all around. the room doors weren't insulate well.

fantastic facilities!
great size comfy bed
I thought the facilities were fantastic, particularly the pools! the staff went out of their way to care for us and. Christoph and his team made my birthday lovely. the rooms were a great size, complete with modern, comfy beds and lovely showers.
i found that this resort has limited options to bring my own food. i felt that this resort lacked freedom to bring in outside snacks or drinks which was not the best experience.

The room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable. It was the best i've slept in asia! the room's ocean view was great, providing nice scenery. It was a calming experience.

The hotel provides speedboat transportation with fixed schedules, reliable for travel! the water taxis also leave every 20 minutes and this works really well. I loved the waiting areas on both sides of the destination.

Both pools were great in size and included a pool bar! we also had the body scrub and facial at the spa. Both services were amazing and reasonably priced. We felt pampered throughout.

the hotel sits on a private island accessible by a short ferry ride the schedule runs frequently throughout the day. i found the staff particularly attentive at the pavilion restaurant. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options and a dedicated quiet room.
i noticed the boat trips weren't particularly frequent, it caused some waiting during peak hours.
